Lana Lux is a German-language writer, illustrator and presenter of Ukrainian-Jewish origin. Her highly acclaimed debut “Kukolka” was published by Aufbau Verlag in 2017, followed by her second novel “Jägerin und Sammlerin” in 2020 and “Geordnete Verhältnisse” in 2024. The books have been translated into various languages. Lux has been publishing her illustrations on the Instagram account @eva_and _her_demons since 2019, where she addresses life with depression and anxiety in her cartoons. In 2020, Lana Lux designed the annual journal of the Literaturforum im Brechthaus. She has lived in Berlin since 2010.
