Kerem Hillel studied music theatre directing at the HfM Hanns Eisler Berlin. During his studies, he directed productions on various stages of the independent scene, including Theater Delphi, TD Berlin, TuD and Brotfabrik. His work has also been shown at the Staatstheater Darmstadt, the Bayreuth Festival, in Hanover, and at Volkstheater Bautzen. Hillel is a recipient of the DAAD Prize and has received scholarships from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation and the Szloma Albam Foundtion
