Alisa Verzhbitskaya is an information designer whose work focuses on developing visual languages and systems, as well as working with (historical) images and archives. Born in Moscow, she came to Germany as a Jewish quota refugee. After completing her Master’s degree in Information Design at the Berlin University of the Arts (2022), she finished her Meisterschüler project at UdK in 2025 with “Album of a Non-Jewish Family,” in which she explored her own (post-)Soviet Jewish family history.
